Health & Safety Mock Trial in conjunction with Lighthouse Risk Services

This interactive seminar will involve a ‘mini’ health & safety mock trial based on a fictional workplace accident, and the after effect for everyone involved.

We shall be using practising solicitors and barristers, to ensure this event provides a very realistic view of the court process, with you, the audience,
acting as the jury.

• What to expect as a witness giving evidence
• Practical tips to avoid finding yourself, your business or your client in the dock.
