Meet Your Managing Partner

Managing Partner, Neil Wilson, plays an active part in the career progression and well-being of every member of the Chadwick Lawrence team.

Neil is a face you’ll quickly come to recognise, working from any one of our eight Yorkshire sites; he insists on not having a permanent office. In fact, Neil was once referred to as our “Legal Nomad” but it definitely wasn’t by one of us!

With over 25 years in the legal profession (and a few outside of it too) Neil’s vision for the firm is one of constant, progressive and considered evolution where each decision is made with people at the very heart of it.

Here are a few words of welcome from Neil.

“Welcome to Chadwick Lawrence, a place where you can genuinely build a successful career in law. Our current management structure sees three of our board members being former trainee solicitors at the firm and in addition to this, several of our Equity Partners also started their careers at Chadwick Lawrence.

We pride ourselves in the way that we work supporting each other and using our core values to help us all behave in a constructive, fair and friendly way. We trust our colleagues and we are not frightened of empowering them to take on additional tasks and we regularly listen to their feedback on how we should be progressing the firm. We invest a lot of time in health, wellbeing and support and we genuinely have a very good, flexible yet professional working environment.
