Chadwick Lawrence Supports National Conveyancing Week 2023

It is the inaugural National Conveyancing Week from 20 – 24 March 2023 and our firm is supporting the events as a property law specialist.

With only a few days separating us from the event, we want to discuss the point of a National Conveyancing Week is. Conveyancing is an underappreciated and undervalued profession. Our Chadwick Lawrence conveyancers are all experts in their field. Our Home and Property conveyancers help ease the process of moving, buying or selling a home. This week is to celebrate their hard work and inspire others by sharing expertise, whilst giving conveyancers a chance to connect with one another.

Operational Project Manager for our Real Estate team, Amanda Ambler says “Chadwick Lawrence are proud to be supporting National Conveyancing Week and in turn our team operating in the Conveyancing arena as we appreciate the stresses and strains they are under in dealing with property transactions.  

We think it is key that we are shown to support our team in educating the property industry and conveyancing clients of Chadwick Lawrence about the role of conveyancers in a transaction, whilst trying to restore some pride and appreciation in a profession that constantly attracts bad press and increased scrutiny which is usually led from a lack of understanding of how much work goes into selling, buying or re-mortgaging a property.”

An outline of the agenda has been released and the week will include key talks such as the future of property due diligence and searches, The British Conveyancing Awards 2023 and a Wine’d down of the week’s events on Friday.
