Harassment
Harassment is unwanted and illegal behaviour that can cause mental or emotional suffering. It must have occurred on at least two occasions to be actionable. Sometimes, it may be necessary to seek protection from harassment, which often sits alongside adverse publications against a company or individuals. We have experience of acting to protect employees from harm caused as a result of repeated and continuous unwanted conduct, which amounted to harassment. The nature of this work often means that it is last minute and urgent, whereby often an interim injunction is required, to prevent further harm.
