Our team comprises:

Steven Bonfield

Steven is a Partner at Chadwick Lawrence and heads up the Corporate and Commercial Department and is based at our Huddersfield office.

Steven has a particular interest in the specialist areas of corporate mergers, acquisitions, re-structures and corporate finance and has previously been the National President of the British Junior Chamber and President of the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce.

Sarah Hemmings

Sarah is an Associate at Chadwick Lawrence and is based at the firm’s Wakefield office.

Sarah joined Chadwick Lawrence in 2005 and has a keen interest in all areas of owner managed businesses, particularly re-structures, acquisitions and disposals. Sarah’s particular specialism is advising on and setting up employee share incentive schemes, advising both employers and employees on such schemes.

Nicola Cooper

Nicola is a Solicitor at Chadwick Lawrence and joined the firm in 2012. She is based in our Leeds office.

Having acted for several major banks, Nicola has a particular interest and expertise in banking and corporate finance. In addition she advises on all aspects of commercial sales and purchases, shareholder, partnership and LLP agreements, preparation of bespoke articles of association and other governing corporate documents, loan agreements, personal guarantees and security issues.

Rachel Main

Rachel joined Chadwick Lawrence in February 2008 and is a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department.

Rachel has a particular interest in advising on and preparing commercial contracts, including terms of conditions of trade in both business and consumer transactions, intellectual news contracts, trade mark and design rights registrations and incorporation of companies and charities.
