Chadwick Lawrence Hires New Conveyancer, Diane Bootland

Meet our new hire, Diane Bootland. Diane joins the Guiseley Office as our newest Conveyancer. With over 30 years’ experience in conveyancing transactions ranging from sales and purchases to transfer of equity and re-mortgages.

We first met Diane on the other side of transactions with us and were impressed by her expertise and how she holds our values so clearly. At Chadwick Lawrence, we uphold our values in everything we do, focusing on integrity, honesty, and transparent communication, to name a few. It is important to us in the hiring process to be impressed by these as much as by people’s experience.

Outside of work, Diane loves to stay healthy by going to the gym or practising Pilates. She is also a keen gardener, already bringing in plants to brighten up the office.

Diane says:  “I have done my time in the centre of Leeds and Bradford but now enjoy being in a local office and providing a local service to people in the area.   I enjoy meeting my clients when they pop into the office and being able to provide them with local knowledge of the area.”

Being able to represent the West Yorkshire community is something which means a lot to our firm, and to Diane. She was born and raised in Guiseley and has lived here most of her life, returning from Pudsey to raise her family here.
