International Creativity and Innovation Day is just around the corner, falling on April 21st, 2023. This significant day was adopted by the United Nations in 2018 and is celebrated annually to raise awareness about the importance of creativity and innovation in problem-solving for advancing the United Nations’ sustainable development goals.

At Chadwick Lawrence, we are proud to be at the forefront of innovation in the legal industry, and we are excited to introduce our new app called ‘The Gateway’ – a powerful tool designed to make monitoring debt recovery cases easier for our clients.

Over the past 12 months, our team at Acclaim has been working tirelessly with developers to create an app that will revolutionise the way our clients interact with their ongoing cases. The result of this collaboration is ‘The Gateway’, a user-friendly app that provides our debt recovery clients with real-time access to key case information and updates.

So, what exactly is ‘The Gateway’?

It is an app created by Acclaim that allows our clients to view their live cases and have easy access to important case details at their fingertips. The app comes with a range of key features that make debt recovery monitoring more efficient and effective:

A dashboard providing an overview of live cases;
View the outstanding debtor balances across a debt book;
View the outstanding debtor balance for individual cases;
Track matter progress on individual cases;
Securely send, receive, and view messages and documents;
Watch key cases;
