Litigation Department Raise Money with Leeds Rotary Club
As part of the ongoing CSR work taking place across the firm, the Litigation department were recently involved in the organisation and sponsorship of a successful wine tasting event for the Rotary Club of Leeds White Rose.
The ‘Call My Bluff’ wine tasting event took place on the 21st September 2017.
The event included a selection of wines supplied by Leeds based Latitude Wine, and a huge cheeseboard supplied by the team at Chadwick Lawrence.
Over 100 people attended the evening, and overall the event was a huge success. In addition to the wine and cheese tasting, a charity auction took place which saw the evening raising £6,500 for Leeds Mind and a number of other local charities.
Leeds Mind works on a series of projects in and around the Leeds area including but not limited to counselling, group therapy, social support, peer support, self-directed support, social prescribing, housing support, employment support, suicide bereavement support, and mental health training.
