We Have Been Awarded The IIC Gold Accreditation For Our Customer Care!
We are delighted to announce that the firm has been awarded the prestigious Gold accreditation from Investor in Customers (IIC). This accolade represents the highest standard of customer experience excellence.
Investor in Customers allows you to apply for a recognised accreditation for your customer experience. This is an industry-wide assessment which ranks businesses from Bronze to Gold for their customer experience. This is measured from the success of a customer survey and therefore holds exceptional trust and reassurance for the brand.
The IIC assessment involved comprehensive feedback from a sample of our clients across all areas of its business, focusing on key aspects such as expertise, communication, response times, meeting client needs, going above and beyond, and offering additional services. This valuable feedback is instrumental in the ongoing efforts of our firm to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
The IIC Gold accreditation shows our commitment to maintaining a positive customer experience. This is the third IIC survey we have undertaken in the last five years, and we are proud to have progressed from Bronze in the first survey, to Silver, and now to the Gold standard.
