Conducting a Disciplinary on Harassment

This interactive event will offer organisations practical tips on how to conduct a full disciplinary process, including investigation, disciplinary and appeal. The team will share lessons learned from advising upon thousands of disciplinary hearings a year in addition to sharing their latest experiences coming out of the Employment Tribunal. The event will be based on a fictitious matter involving harassment of an employee advising delegates of the requirements under the Equality Act and the new Workers Protection Act 2023.
