When The Inspector calls

Our seminar, delivered by Health and Safety lawyer, Nils O’Donoghue, will focus on what happens when a HSE Inspector visits your business, what you should expect and, crucially, how to react.

Nils will also guide you through when a Health and Safety Inspector could charge a fee for intervention and the appeals process.

Finally, Nils will discuss some recent case studies which will give an insight into a Health and Safety inspection and how fee for intervention has changed the attitude of Inspectors.
